A few weeks ago, an elderly friend of mine living in the Portland area asked me for my help. She was getting ready to sell her house and needed an appraiser. I had called a few with no response, left a few messages and then called Bernhardt Appraisal. They answered right away. I explained the situation with Helga and her timeframe. He was extremely professional and thorough explaining the process and walked me through everything. We scheduled the appraisal. Nathan came out and completed the report in a timely manner. Bernhardt Appraisal deserves the highest recommendation. When I first called Nathan about an appraisal, he was extremely professional and flexible to what I needed, and I soon learned upon meeting him, that he was also very detail oriented and timely in his reports and drawings.
