What to expect:

1. We will be in touch ASAP. 

We pride ourselves on quick response times. 2. Appraisal Process. 

On the day of the site visit, our Certified Appraiser will meet you at the property for access.  This should take no longer than 30 minutes for him to complete his appraisal inspection.  The Appraiser will collect payment at the conclusion of the site visit – all forms of payment are accepted.  Our fee schedule will be discussed on the initial call/email, and depends on size, scope, and location of property.

3. Research Phase

Once the site visit is completed, we will begin our research phase, which typically takes about two weeks to complete.  Please ensure the appraiser has any information (inspection reports, remodels, permitting, etc.) you think will be helpful in the process of analyzing your home’s value.

4. Appraisal Valuation Report

Your appraisal valuation report will be delivered to you digitally, via email.  We are available and happy to answer any questions you might have relating to the reports final valuation.
