I am an Oregon Certified Appraiser. I’ve been in the appraisal business since 1991, and an appraiser since 1997. I can appraise any residentially zoned house, or 2-4 unit property in the state of Oregon. I am also active/registered in the mortgage lending business and can assist with some lending questions as well.
